Griddle Frog

Wash the frog and cut into small pieces, cut the green red pepper and onion into small pieces, garlic and ginger into small pieces

Sit in a casserole and drip some oil
3.
Add ginger and garlic and sauté
4.
Add green peppers, red peppers, onion cubes, and stir fry to create a flavor

Add salt
6.
Pour in the frog pieces and stir well

Cover

Just add a little soy sauce and stir well before serving
Tips:
If the casserole is not covered, the onions and green peppers will taste better, but they will ripen slowly!
