Frog Roasted Edamame

I will kill the frog at the vegetable farm, go home and cut off the feet of the frog and wash it.

Peel the edamame and set aside,

Boil water in a pot, pour edamame and blanch for six minutes,

Put water in a pot to boil, blanch the frogs for 2 minutes,

After blanching and removing, the edamame is washed to remove the floating shells, and the frogs are drained for later use.

Prepare ginger, onion and garlic, one spoon and a half of cooking wine, one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of light soy sauce; (if you like spicy, you can prepare millet pepper)

Heat oil in a pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant,

Pour in frog and edamame and stir fry evenly,

Add one and a half spoons of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, one spoon of light soy sauce, and one spoon of oyster sauce, stir well

Add half a bowl of water and cover and cook for about 4 minutes, add salt to season to collect the sauce, do not cook the water too dry, add starch to thicken, and it can be out of the pot
