Crispy Meatloaf

Rub the lotus root and carrots with fine silk separately.

Chop the minced meat directly into puree, simple and crude.

Beat in the quail eggs.

This small cake is very thin and fry it for 3-4 minutes. If you don't know how to judge, you can take it out and cut a small corner to taste it yourself.
Tips:
Remember to have a medium-to-small fire. In case of a high fire, it is easy to not be cooked inside and burnt on both sides.
