Crispy Octopus that You Can't Forget After Eating

Clean the internal organs of the hairtail, remove the head and tail, and then wash it. Cut into 2~3cm wide sections. Wash the scallions and cut into sections at will

Put the cut octopus on a plate, add green onions, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, mix evenly with chopsticks and marinate for about 15 minutes (turn over several times in the middle)

Dip the marinated hairtail in a layer of dry flour

Pour about 500g of oil into the pot. When it is heated to 60~70% hot on medium heat, gently put the octopus dipped in dry flour into the pot and fry slowly on low fire. Flip it with chopsticks during the frying process and wait for the octopus to fry. When it's golden brown, serve it out and serve, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to serve
