Crispy Pork Chop

Soak the pork in clean water in advance to force the bleeding.

Cut into slices with a thickness of about 3 mm. When cutting, you must see the texture of the meat. Cut lengthwise to make the meat more tender.

Use meat floss to hammer on both sides. If you don’t have meat floss, you can pat both sides with the back of a knife. The meat will loosen a lot.

The loosened pork is sprinkled with marinade. This seasoning is available in supermarkets and is very common.

Prepare a bowl of slightly thicker cornstarch water and a portion of golden breadcrumbs. No eggs are used here, and it tastes as good as eggs.

Dip the pork with starch water.
