Crispy Potato Balls

Wash the mini potatoes and steam them in a steamer for 10 minutes; let them cool and peel them, because there is a layer of starch on the surface of the potatoes after peeling, put them directly in the prepared bread crumbs and roll them back and forth until the bread crumbs are full small potato.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil. After heating, put the small potatoes covered with breadcrumbs into the pan and fry them until golden. Use a colander to remove the fried potatoes. Drain the oil and get out of the pan.

If you like a slightly salty taste, you can sprinkle a little bit of salt. Top it with tomato sauce to taste even better.
