Crispy Pretzel Shrimp

1. Sand shrimp and river prawns are as small as possible!

2. Finish picking the shrimp thread (use a toothpick to pick out the second section on the back)! Sprinkle chicken essence and mix well

3. Prepare the frying powder, sprinkle a small amount of salt on it, and mix well!

4. Stick a thin layer of frying powder on each shrimp!

5. 80% hot oil, add shrimps one by one

6. Fry until the shrimp turns red and fish out, not too long, or it will grow old! Re-explode the fire again and get out of the pot!
