Crispy Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

1. Chopped cilantro

3. 1 cup Wipping cream or Heavy Wipping Cream

11. Procedure: Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish fillet. Then dip a thin layer of all-purpose flour on all sides of the fish fillet. Put it aside.

12. Beat the egg yolks and mix with 1-2 teaspoons of horseradish sauce.

19. Put a cup of cream or fresh condensed cream in a saucepan, add a little salt and black pepper.
