Crispy Soybeans

Wash the soybeans, soak up the moisture with kitchen paper, and put them into a large bowl with a lid that can be heated in the microwave. Pour the oil and cover with the lid and shake well.

Put it in the microwave and turn on high heat for 2 minutes, remove and stir once, then turn on high heat for 1 minute. Take out while it is hot and sprinkle with salt, green onion, ginger, garlic powder, cumin, cover and shake well

Put the seasoned soybeans in the microwave again, turn on medium-high heat for half a minute
Tips:
The seasoning should not be mixed in with the soybeans, otherwise the long heating time will make it burnt.
