Crispy Spinach Cake

1. The spinach is blanched and put into a wall breaker to puree for later use.

2. Put the eggs and sugar into the egg beater.

3. Use a whisk at medium speed until the eggs are bulky and the egg drops are not easy to disperse.

4. Corn oil and milk are mixed together.

5. Mix until emulsified.

6. Sift in the low flour into the egg.

7. Fast and light cutting and mixing evenly

8. Pour the milk corn oil mixture along the spatula.

9. The same method of cutting and mixing is evenly mixed.

10. Add spinach puree and mix well again.

11. Apply a little oil to the mold.

12. Pour into the mold.

13. Preheat the oven at 150°C for 15 to 18 minutes.

Tips:

The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to your own home.
