Spring rolls are a popular delicacy. The stuffing inside can be either vegetables or other ingredients such as bean paste. Make spring rolls by yourself, the choice of filling depends on your favorite. Generally, you have to buy spring roll wrappers to make spring rolls at home, because making spring roll wrappers is a technical task. Today, I will introduce a practical and simple way to make spring rolls, using pancakes to make spring rolls.

Crispy Spring Rolls

1. Main and auxiliary materials: pancakes, red bean paste filling, bread crumbs, flour

2. Cut the red bean paste into pieces to make the filling

3. Cut the pancake into a moderate shape with a knife to make spring roll wrappers

4. Add flour and water to make a batter to make a binder

5. Take a pancake and put it in the bean paste

6. Fold it up one by one, apply some batter to the contact area

7. This is the cooked spring roll

8. Take a green body and dip it in the batter first

9. Dip bread crumbs again

10. Do it all in order

11. Heat the pan for 4 minutes in hot oil, add the spring rolls, and slowly fry them on a low fire

12. Fry until the surface is golden, you can take it out and put it on absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil, and then it can be served on a plate.

Tips:

1. When frying, use medium and small fire to avoid frying.
2. You can also use egg liquid instead of batter
3. The oil can be more, the actual consumption is about 100 grams
