Crispy Spring Rolls

Main and auxiliary materials: pancakes, red bean paste filling, oil, bread crumbs, seasoning flour

Cut the red bean paste into pieces to make the filling.

Cut the pancake into a moderate shape with a knife to make spring roll wrappers.

Add seasoned flour and water to make a batter to make a binder.

Take a pancake and add the bean paste filling.

Fold them one by one and apply some batter to the contact area. This is the cooked spring roll.

Take a green body and dip it in the batter first.

Dip bread crumbs again. Do it all in turn.

Heat the pan for 4 minutes with hot oil, add the spring rolls, and slowly fry them over low heat.

After frying until the surface is golden, you can remove it and put it on absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil, and then it can be served on a plate.
Tips:
1. When frying, use medium and small fire to avoid frying.
2. You can also use egg liquid instead of batter
