Crispy Tofu with Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients in advance and cut the tofu into 0.5 cm thick slices

2. Cut the green onion into flowers, and cut garlic, ginger, scallop root, and red pepper into pieces for later

3. Heat up the pot, pour in a proper amount of oil, and fry the tofu cubes over medium heat

Tips:
1. Tofu is best to buy northern tofu, which tastes better when cooked
2. When frying tofu, use medium heat to low heat to prevent the tofu from sticking to the pan.
3. The seasoning can be increased or decreased according to personal taste without affecting the taste of tofu
