Crispy Twist
1.
The yeast powder is dissolved in warm water, added to the flour, kneaded into a dough, put it in the refrigerator and fermented overnight. In the morning, take out the dough and knead it, pull it into a small even dough, and let it rise for a while.
2.
Start directly, knead the dough into a thin strip, pinch both ends, and knead it into twists.
3.
After all the twists are done, wake up for a while.
4.
Fry in the pan, use a chopstick, test the oil temperature, make small bubbles, and it's fine. When frying, turn it over (use homemade rapeseed oil)
5.
Fried all the golden, ready to be out of the pan. If you like to eat it crispy, re-fry it again. If you like to eat soft and deep-fried, it's ok.
