Croissant Sandwich
1.
Cut through the middle with a toothed knife, but don’t cut it off, spare
2.
To cut the avocado, first cut it in half with a knife, and then twist it to split it in half easily
3.
Then, gently peel off the skin (the other half with the nucleus, if you want to remove the nucleus, use a knife to plunge into the nucleus, and then take it out after a turn)
4.
Use a knife to cut several slices on the avocado body lengthwise, without cutting the top
5.
After the cut is done, lightly press it with your hand (just like playing a poker), and it becomes such a pattern.
6.
Add a little salt to the eggs, beat them up
7.
And fried in oil
8.
Put the scrambled eggs on the croissant and put a slice of ham on top
9.
Put the avocado on the top surface, then cover it up (I grind some black pepper on it, please adjust this according to your taste, I am pepper control)
Tips:
Choose ripe avocados that are brown, but they are still relatively tough to the touch; too ripe avocados will be very soft and not easy to peel, too raw and unpalatable. Of course, it doesn’t matter if you don’t pay attention to the shape.
