This bread is so fun. When it came out of the mold and took pictures on the terrace, my husband asked me, can I pretend to be the emperor by putting this stuff on my head? In my opinion, I didn't expect that bread can be used as props besides eating. So this is the joy of baking. It's up to you to decide what it looks like and what ingredients are.
The recipe comes from a foreign website, the materials have been changed, the black sesame paste is replaced with white sesame, and the meat floss is added. Eat at home, my bread is in charge!

Ingredients

Crown Loaf

1. Pour all the ingredients except butter, pork floss, white sesame and almond flakes into the bread bucket and knead it into a smooth dough

2. Add the butter cut into pieces and continue to knead the dough until the dough completely absorbs the butter. After kneading to the expansion stage of the dough, it is fermented in a barrel to double the original size

3. Divide the dough into 160 grams, and divide the remaining dough into 7 portions, each about 70 grams, round and loose. Then wrap each bun with minced pork filling and round it

12. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put the middle layer and bake for ten minutes. After the surface is colored, reduce the temperature to 150 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes. The surface can be covered with a layer of tin foil in the middle to avoid excessive coloring. Let cool, wait for more than two hours, you can eat

Tips:

Many people like to eat hot bread, which is actually very unhealthy. Because when the bread is just coming out of the oven, it is still fermenting inside, which will produce acetic acid and other substances. At this time, eating it is very detrimental to the stomach. The fermentation process inside the bread will not end until two hours after it is out of the oven, and it takes time for the acidic substances inside to evaporate.
So bread has to wait until two hours before tasting the best. So if you want to eat hot bread, wait for it to cool, and then use the oven or microwave to heat it up before eating it.
