Good-looking and nutritious custard buns can be made for breakfast or afternoon tea. Food and delicacy are at the same time.

Crystal Custard Bag

1. Mix the orange flour and glutinous rice flour together, add boiling water, stir while adding, and form a dough. Do not add the noodles all at once to prevent the dough from becoming too thin, or add water in portions

2. To make the dough, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, corn oil or sunflower oil that does not have a strong smell, about 5 grams, knead well

3. Divide into 10 small noodles

4. The custard filling is prepared in advance. For the production method, please refer to: http://www.meishij.net/zuofa/naihuangxian_1.html

5. Wear disposable gloves, or apply oil on your hands, take a face lotion, press flat and thin in your hands

6. Put in a custard filling and slowly close the mouth

7. Use a small spoon handle to shape the shape of the petals at the closing, and the flower custard bag is ready

8. You can also wrap all the custard filling with dough

9. Use a toothpick to press out the lines and put a little custard filling on the top to make a pumpkin-shaped custard bag

10. Unfold your rich imagination and make the shape you like

11. Wrap all the custard packets one by one and steam them on the pot. Steam in the pot for 5 minutes, simmer for 2, 3 minutes and it will be cooked

Tips:

1. Boiled water refers to water with a temperature above 60 degrees, warm water and dough are not good for shaping;
2. When entering the steamer, apply a layer of oil on the basket to prevent sticking.
