Crystal Duck

Pour the orange flour, glutinous rice flour and sugar into a bowl, add boiling water to blanch the dough, add a teaspoon of salad oil and mix well.

Bend the duck's neck and pinch out the duck's bill.

Embellish the eyes with black sesame seeds.

Put it in a steamer and steam for about 8 minutes.
