Ingredients

Crystal Dumplings

1. Fried eggs, chopped persimmons

2. Stir the cooked eggs and raw persimmons well

3. Mix wheat flour and potato flour evenly at a ratio of 1:3, add boiling water (must be boiling water), and stir while adding. After 15 minutes or when it is not hot, you can knead starch flour into a dough to make dumpling wrappers.

4. Wrap the dumplings, wait for the water to boil, and steam on a drawer for 10 minutes

5. Take the drawer and add your favorite sauce, ready to eat

Tips:

1. The ratio of starch to potato flour
