Pig's trotters are rich in protein, most of which belong to collagen. Collagen is an important main component of the skin, which can maintain the skin's elasticity, moisture and luster. Therefore, regular consumption of trotters dishes has the effect of beautifying and nourishing the skin. Many of the easiest ways to cook and eat. I think it is to make hoof jelly like skin jelly, so that no drop of soup is wasted, and the mouth is full of collagen.
