Crystal Pork Jelly

Prepare raw pork skins and clean them.

Soak the skin of the meat for more than two hours in clean water.

Add water to the pot and add the skin of the meat, and cook for 10 minutes, starting from the boiling of the pot.

Add water to the Guoguo again to heat up, put the pork skin in, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Take out the skin and wash it in warm water, and clean it up again.

Cut the skin into thin strips.

Put it in the pot, add 5 times the weight of the skin of the meat, after boiling, skim off the surface of the foam, so that the pig skin jelly will be very transparent, reduce the heat and cook for about 1 hour.

Tips:
Because the taste of crystal skin jelly is weak, it is best to add some sauce when eating: vinegar, sugar, light soy sauce, chili oil, garlic paste, mix well and pour on the skin jelly.
