Cucumber and Bamboo Sun Soup

Soak the dried bamboo fungus in advance and cut into small pieces for later use.

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin slices, preferably with a thinly sliced artifact.

Boil water in a pot and add salt.

Pour in the cucumber slices.

Pour in bamboo fungus, turn to low heat and cook for 3 minutes. Add a little chicken powder to taste.
