Cucumber and Egg Yolk Rice Noodles

Wash and slice cucumbers and steam them in a pot.

Put the steamed cucumbers into a food processor and add a little warm water to puree them.
3.
The egg yolk is soaked in warm water to soften it, as shown in the picture.
4.
Put the rice noodles in the cucumber puree, mix well and put the soaked egg yolk on it. It's done.
