Cucumber Jelly

I used 1 cucumber when cooking other food. After scraping the cucumber skin with a spatula, I put it on a plate and kept it fresh in the refrigerator.

I was worried that when making cucumber jelly, there was too little cucumber skin, so I used another cucumber to take the skin.

Cut the cucumber peel into sections.
