Cucumber Spare Ribs Soup

Material picture, small ribs and old cucumber

Bring the hot water to a boil, blanch the ribs in the hot water

Wash away the foam and blood with clean water

In a clean soup pot, add water to the small ribs. Spread the water about 3cm over the ribs. Put in some rice wine and ginger slices. Turn on high heat.

Cut cucumber into pieces for later use

Tips:
The cucumbers here are not the thin and long cucumbers sold in the vegetable farm. They are grown by rural farmers. You can see from the picture that they are fat ones.
