Cucumber Stuffed with Fish Puree

A moderate amount of fish paste.

Add chopped fish paste, chopped green onion, salt, starch, seasoning and mix well and set aside.

Cut the cucumber into sections, remove the cucumber core, and sprinkle some salt to taste, as shown in the picture.
