Fish Meat in Hot Oil

The prepared fish is de-thorned.

Put it in a blender and grind it into fish puree.

Add refined salt to the good mashed fish, season with fresh, mix well and set aside.

The mixed fish paste is made into a big fish ball, as shown in the picture.

Put it in a steamer and steam it.

After cooling, the slices are placed on the plate.

Burn oil, pour vegetable oil into the pot and heat it up. Turn off the heat and add chili powder.

Transfer into the light soy sauce and mix well.
