I often go shopping with grilled squid, kebabs and other snacks to attract me, but I am worried about whether the lamb is fresh. In autumn and winter, it’s a good time to eat lamb. My family likes shredded lamb, fried lamb with scallions, braised lamb chops, etc. I left a small piece of the most tender lamb, copied the lamb skewers at home, and made it myself. The meat skewers are fresh, so you can eat them with ease. Lamb and cumin powder go well together. The lamb is marinated with cumin powder and other seasonings, and then baked in the oven, the aroma is irresistible.

Cumin Kebabs

1. Cut the mutton into small square pieces, chop the ginger and garlic into ginger and garlic paste, put the mutton, ginger and garlic paste, cumin powder, five-spice powder and other seasonings in a container, mix well and marinate for more than two hours

2. Before roasting the lamb skewers, cut the green and red peppers into pieces of lamb

3. Skewer the mutton and colored pepper pieces with a bamboo stick, sweep a layer of oil, and sprinkle with chili powder

4. Put the lamb skewers in the middle layer of a preheated oven at 210 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Tips:

1. Choose the tenderest part of the tenderloin for the lamb.
2. Use the bamboo skewers to soak in cold water, and the bamboo skewers will become coke-like when they are baked.
