Cumin Lamb

1. Heat the cumin on a low fire in a wok without oil

2. Add lamb after crushing

3. 5 tablespoons light soy sauce

4. 3 tablespoons cooking wine

5. 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

6. 1 teaspoon of starch is not clear^_^

7. 2 teaspoons sugar

8. Two aniseed and some dried chili according to your preference

9. A teaspoon of salt and pepper

10. 2 drops of sesame oil

11. 2 drops sesame oil

12. Put the seasoning

13. Stir well with chopsticks

14. Sliced onion

15. Fry the onion and let cool, add the lamb, stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes

16. Stir-fry directly over high heat and stir-fry for about 8 minutes without stopping to make sure that the lamb is cooked and not too old.

17. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the plate and add some coriander
