Grilled mutton is a halal dish. Because it is cooked first and then steamed, the mutton is very soft and rotten, even for the elderly. But rest assured, it won't be fattened at all. The soup served on the plate is especially red. I used Xinhe’s Junxian special grade soy sauce. This soy sauce is lighter in color, tastes fresh and not rushing, does not cover up the scent of the lamb itself, and makes the soup look better. .

Grilled Lamb

1. I chose lamb tenderloin today. The practical lamb belly is the best, but I bought the whole lamb tenderloin and just use it. Cook it on a low fire for about 30 minutes, so as to cook the lamb thoroughly.

2. Take out a piece of cooked mutton and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. This is mainly for good slices.

3. Cut the frozen lamb into large slices with a thickness of 2 to 3 mm

4. Put the cut lamb in a bowl

5. Add green onion, ginger, salt

6. Add a small amount of mutton soup, boil the water cage, and steam for 40 minutes on medium heat

7. The steamed lamb, pick out the green onions and ginger

8. Pour the soup into the pot and add a little extra soy sauce

9. Re-water starch thicken

10. Finally, pour the lamb into the plate and pour the soup on it.

Tips:

When the lamb is boiled, it should be cooked thoroughly. Don't cook it too badly because it needs to be steamed.
