Cumin Lamb

Wash lamb and onions.

Cut the mutton into slices, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cumin, stir and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion into strips.

Pick up the frying pan, stir-fry the lamb in the pan and discolor it before serving.

Stir fry until the onion is fragrant, and stir-fry the lamb.

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and sprinkle in cumin powder.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and serve.
Tips:
1. The main product of this dish is the taste of cumin. Other seasonings should be less variety and the dosage should be small.
