Cumin Walnut Roasted Chicken

1. Peel the walnuts. If there is no food processor, use a rolling pin or a potato masher to smash the walnuts.

2. Wash the drumsticks, remove the bones, cut them into appropriate sizes, and marinate them with cumin, black pepper, a small amount of cooking wine and salt

3. Cut the broccoli, wash it, and blanch it with boiling water for 3 minutes

Tips:
