Cumin Walnut Roasted Chicken
1.
Peel the walnuts. If there is no food processor, use a rolling pin or a potato masher to smash the walnuts.
2.
Wash the drumsticks, remove the bones, cut them into appropriate sizes, and marinate them with cumin, black pepper, a small amount of cooking wine and salt
3.
Cut the broccoli, wash it, and blanch it with boiling water for 3 minutes
4.
Spread tin foil on the baking tray, spread the chicken and broccoli, sprinkle with walnuts, put it in a preheated 180°C oven, and bake on the top and bottom for 15 minutes
Tips:
1. Regarding the deboning of chicken: smash the two ends of the bone with the back of a knife, and then use the knife to go down the bone piece;
2. I like soft broccoli. If you don't like it, you can skip the blanching process.
