Cured Beef Stewed with Carrots

Cut the beef into thin slices and wash.

Wash and shred carrots.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections.

Pour the oil in a hot pan and heat it up, add cinnamon, star anise, and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add beef and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, white vinegar, pickled peppers, and fry until the beef changes color.

Add a spoonful of bean paste.

Add a little salt, chicken powder, five-spice powder, cumin powder, and fry until fragrant.

Add a bowl and a half of water and bring to a boil.

Change the soup pot and simmer for half an hour.

Add carrot shreds and cook until soft.
12.
Add garlic sprouts and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tips:
The longer the beef is simmered, the better it will be.
