Cured Tofu with Red Oil

Put the sausages on a plate and steam for 30 minutes in a steamer. Let cool for later use. Because I have steamed this sausage for a long time, so there is no step diagram.

Cut the tofu into thin slices and set aside.

Cut the steamed sausage into slices. Chopped green onion and ginger.

Heat the pot on a small fire, add the sliced sausage and stir-fry, [Do not put oil, the sausage will get oil].

Add chopped green onion and ginger.

Pour the soup of steamed sausage.

Add tofu slices, add a little sugar, and stir-fry gently.

Add a little water and cook until the tofu is cooked through.
9.
Concentrate the soup, add water and starch.
Tips:
The sausage itself is salty, so don’t put salt in it.
