It’s the scraps from the refrigerator again. The spicy sausages sent by my friend have been put in the freezer and forgotten. I cleaned the freezer yesterday and saw it. I quickly took it out and steamed it. I steamed out a lot of fragrant red oil. Don’t waste it, just make a waxy red oil. Tofu. . . "

Ingredients

Cured Tofu with Red Oil

1. Put the sausages on a plate and steam for 30 minutes in a steamer. Let cool for later use. Because I have steamed this sausage for a long time, so there is no step diagram.

2. Cut the tofu into thin slices and set aside.

3. Cut the steamed sausage into slices. Chopped green onion and ginger.

4. Heat the pot on a small fire, add the sliced sausage and stir-fry, [Do not put oil, the sausage will get oil].

5. Add chopped green onion and ginger.

6. Pour the soup of steamed sausage.

7. Add tofu slices, add a little sugar, and stir-fry gently.

8. Add a little water and cook until the tofu is cooked through.

9. Concentrate the soup, add water and starch.

Tips:

The sausage itself is salty, so don’t put salt in it.
