Roast Potatoes and Beef

Start the pan and heat the oil, add 5ml of cooking oil, 2g of ginger slices, and 200g of beef cubes and stir until the color changes. Add 5g of bean paste and stir evenly. Add 3g of light soy sauce and stir evenly.

Put the fried beef in another pot, add 1L water, 200g potato pieces, 1g star anise, 1 grass fruit, 1 bay leaf

After simmering on low heat for 1 hour, add 3g of salt and stir evenly

Stir evenly, out of the pot
