Curry Bacon Udon
1.
Prepare the ingredients, the udon noodles are half-cooked! Cut the top of the shiitake mushrooms with a rice-shaped flower knife.
2.
Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the bacon first.
3.
Raise the frying pan, fry some green peppers and shiitake mushrooms, add water, and bring to a boil.
4.
Then put the curry cubes and cook until the curry cubes melt, add the udon noodles, and continue cooking the dried tofu. Turn the heat to a low temperature and place eggs next to it. Boil the eggs into soft-boiled eggs that are solidified on the surface.
5.
Then add the bacon and cook for a while, add salt to taste! Put it in a bowl and sprinkle chopped green onion!
Tips:
1. The curry is original and can be replaced with other curries.
2. After the eggs are beaten, they should be slowly boiled on a low fire until the surface is solidified, and the inside is the candy heart!
3. It's best to fry the bacon fresh for a better taste!
4. Green peppers can be omitted, haha!
