The final Horqin beef ribs. When planning the 500 grams of beef ribs, there was a sudden flash of light. Some people stick to their traditional tastes, so why do they have to stay with them? Curry beef has never appeared on the table. What does it matter if you bring yourself a small curry beef?
Although there is no curry paste, there is curry powder. I found a recipe using curry powder to make curry beef as a reference, and practiced it.
It takes a long time for beef to boil until it is tender, but lazy people have a lazy way to save the trouble of frying on the side of the pot. That is, put the fried beef on a plate and steam it quickly in a pressure cooker. Once the potatoes are mature, it is not easy to maintain the status quo, so to avoid the suffering of pressure, but after the beef is cooked and rotten, stir fry with the beef until the potatoes are soft and cooked and the soup is thick.
The effect of this operation is really good, it is not boiled off, and there is no large amount of water to slowly collect the juice. . . . good to eat. . . "
