Curry Chicken

Drumsticks are chopped in the vegetable market, carrots are sliced with a hob, ginger slices, curry slices are sliced

Heat the oil, the ginger will give a fragrance, the chicken thighs will be sautéed for a fragrance, pour out the cooking wine and stir fry for two minutes, pour in cold water to submerge the muscles, boil enough water to add curry, carrots, sugar, and salt to cook.

Add salty and bland according to your preference, out of the pot
