Curry Fried Noodles

Prepare materials. Remove the prawns, slice the garlic, and cut the shiitake mushrooms, white jade mushroom, and bamboo shoots into small sections.

In a frying pan, add minced ginger, garlic slices, and green onions, and sauté.

Add green beans, mushrooms, baby corn, shredded carrots, and shrimp in turn, and stir-fry until soft.

Add the curry paste and stir fry evenly. Turn off the fire.

Boil water in another pot, put the hollow noodles of golden dragon fish active fermentation, and bring to a boil.

Cook until a little white lump remains on the edge of the noodles.

Remove the noodles, put them in cold water, and let the water pass so that they won’t be sticky.

Dry the noodles and put them in the curry. Stir fry evenly.

Add salt, chicken powder, and pepper, stir fry until the noodles are covered with sauce.

Finally, add the shallots, stir and stir well, and then serve.
Tips:
Cook the noodles until they leave a little white and hard core. Put them in cold water for a while. They will not stick when they are fried.
