I bought a boneless pork knuckle. I wanted to make sauce knuckle. When I was preparing the seasoning, I found a bag of "chicken curry seasoning". Since curry can be paired with chicken, it should go well with pork knuckle. So I used this bag of seasoning to make this "Curry Knuckle". If you don't eat it, you don't know, you can't forget it.
