Curry Lamb and Rape Soup

Lamb slices should be thawed naturally

Scald twice with boiling water to wash away the blood.

Remove the dry water

Wash the rapeseed, put water in a pot to boil, add salt to blanch the rapeseed, and remove from the pan. Put the spy in cold water to remove the dry water.
