Curry Pineapple Meat
1.
Prepare a pineapple.
2.
Prepare a piece of fresh pork.
3.
Prepare the green and red peppers.
4.
Cut the pork into pieces and cut them a little bit bigger! Put salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine in it, don’t need too much! Just one point! Marinate for about 20 minutes.
5.
Cut the pineapple and then scrape the skin.
6.
Cut into large pieces, soak in warm water, add a spoonful of salt and set aside. Don’t want the hard one in the middle of the pineapple!
7.
Cut the green peppers and red peppers into irregular shapes, about the same size as the pineapple just now.
8.
Add cornstarch to the marinated meat, stir evenly, just wrap the meat with cornstarch.
9.
Bring a pot of oil to a boil, put the meat in it, fry it until golden brown, and take it out of the pot for later use.
10.
Let's start frying! Add the green pepper and red pepper, the pork and the soaked pineapple, stir fry for two minutes, add an appropriate amount of curry powder, add salt, cornstarch and water when it comes out of the pan, the ratio of cornstarch and water is 1:2! You can start the pot after stirring the thick soup!

Load up!

Let's start!
Tips:
Don’t have too little corn starch! Just make the soup thicker!
