Curry Puquat

Ingredients: Pugua (peeled, washed and cut)

Put the cut squash in a pot of clean water, blanch for 5 minutes, and remove it.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat up, add the blanched Pugua and stir fry

Then, add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of oil curry.

Add the right amount of salt.

Stir-fry well and serve.
