Curry Ribs
1.
Rinse the ribs with nao in warm water and put them in a casserole. Sprinkle the ribs with cold water. Add some ginger slices. The ribs are simmered in a casserole until they are easy to bite.
2.
In the process of stewing ribs, slice ginger, garlic, onion and cut into small pieces, and cut carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes into pieces with a hob. Heat oil, add sliced ginger and onion, saute until fragrant
3.
Put the potatoes and fry them until they are slightly golden brown before adding the carrots. Pay attention to control the amount of heat and don’t fry them.
4.
Stir-fry the ribs and garlic on a low fire, then add the sweet potatoes and stir-fry for a while. Add water or the ribs soup just now. The soup is moistened over the ingredients in the pot, and the other ingredients are cooked until the potatoes are cooked.
5.
When there is still a portion of the soup in the pot, add the curry cubes to collect the sauce. I bought a 100g box. After using 50g, it tastes just right and the saltiness is moderate. You can add salt according to your preference.
6.
Collect the juice and mix well
7.
Out of the pot!
