Curry Rice Cake Fish Ball Pot
1.
Prepare the ingredients because I didn’t buy coconut milk, so it tastes good to substitute coconut milk for it
2.
Break the rice cakes, wash and drain the water
3.
Take out all kinds of seafood balls, thaw them and wash them (if you use crab sticks, don't tear off the outer paper, otherwise they will fall apart during the cooking process)
4.
Heat the pot, add the curry paste and sauté until fragrant. If you are using curry cubes, you can pour water before putting the curry cubes.
5.
Pour boiling water
6.
Boil the water and put in the seafood balls
7.
After the meatballs are cooked, you can put the rice cakes down and cook them together
8.
After the rice cake is cooked, pour coconut milk into the soup to make the soup thicker. You can also add pure milk
9.
After the soup is thickened, you can add a piece of dough (or not)
10.
Add a little salt and sugar and cook all the ingredients until they taste delicious.
