Curry Salmon

Thaw the salmon and cut into 1.5cm cubes.

Cut zucchini, peppers and onions into cubes.
3.
Put 1 tablespoon of flour and 50ML of water in a bowl and mix well, then add 250ML of cream and mix well.
4.
Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a wok to melt, add onions and fry them to become transparent.
5.
Add the zucchini and vegetable pepper and stir fry for 1 minute.
6.
Add curry, salt and black pepper and stir well.
7.
Pour the cream and bring to a boil.
8.
Pour the salmon.
9.
Simmer for about 5 minutes.
