Curry Seafood Tofu

Prepare the materials.

Peel the shrimp, cut from the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread by the way; cut the small cuttlefish into thin strips.

Cut the tofu into set pieces. It is good to use southern tofu, tough tofu or kapok tofu. Northern tofu may not taste very good.

Chop apples and onions for later use, mince ginger and garlic.

Add oil to the pot and heat it up.

Add minced ginger and garlic.

Add shrimp and cuttlefish.

Stir-fry until 8 is mature, then serve and set aside.

Put the bottom oil in the pot again.

Add onion and apple chopped.

Add the sliced tofu cubes.

Add boiling water, without any ingredients.

After boiling, add the fried shrimp and cuttlefish sticks.

Continue to boil.

Add the curry cubes and stir slowly on low heat until the curry cubes are completely melted; when stirring, drip gently and the tofu will be crushed.
