Ingredients

Stir-fried Tofu with Leek

1. Tough tofu, leek soy sauce, scallion, salt

2. After the tofu is cut in half, cut into pieces with a knife and set aside

3. Wash the leek and cut into sections

4. Cut green onions

5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the oil pan, turn on medium heat, add tofu and fry

6. Fry until golden on both sides and serve on a plate for later use

8. Pour in the leeks and stir fry

Tips:
