Curry Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice

Wash the shrimps, remove their shells, open the back, and marinate with sugar, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and oil

Dice green peppers and carrots, beat the eggs and set aside

Stir-fry the shrimp head until fragrant, boil the shrimp oil for later use
