Curry Udon
1.
Shred the onion, and cut the tomato into slightly larger cubes
2.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, cook the udon noodles (cook for about 3 minutes on medium-high heat, you can put a small bit of it for a try), drain and put in a bowl for later use
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil in a hot pan, and sauté the onions until softened on a low heat
4.
Pour in the meat slices and fry until the color changes, add the tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are slightly soft
5.
Add curry powder and stir-fry evenly, pour in 400ml of water, cover and boil on high heat
6.
Stir while cooking, cook for about 6-8 minutes, the sauce becomes thicker, pour milk + starch to thicken, and start the pot
7.
Just pour the cooked sauce on the noodles
Tips:
1. There is no udon noodles, if you like this kind of taste, you can substitute other noodles
2. For the sliced meat, you can choose your favorite chicken or beef.
3. It can be thickened with water and starch without milk
4. Different brands of curry will taste different. Try the taste before starting the pan. If it is weak, you can add some salt to adjust it.
